Palm Harbor, Florida
A distributor built around the shops it supplies.
W&S Distribution Group was created to strengthen the connection between trading card supply and independent hobby retailers. Headquartered in Palm Harbor, Florida, W&S pairs professional distribution infrastructure with a working understanding of the modern collectibles market. Our initial focus is straightforward: help qualified hobby retailers obtain sealed trading card inventory through responsive regional distribution, flexible purchasing options and transparent product availability. We are building the distribution network around long-term dealer and supplier relationships rather than short-term product speculation.
How the company is built
A distributor designed around the shop, not the warehouse.
Most wholesale distribution is built around the efficiency of the warehouse. Full cases move faster than broken ones, so the minimum is a case. A national footprint is cheaper to serve on a weekly truck, so replenishment is weekly. Allocation is easier undocumented, so it stays undocumented. Every one of those decisions is rational for the distributor and expensive for the shop.
W&S is built the other way around. Purchase quantities are matched to what a single store can sell. A working delivery loop covers the core of the territory out of Palm Harbor. Allocation criteria are published in full, so a decision can be explained rather than defended. And the company holds no consumer channel, which means it has no reason to want a box more than its dealers do.
Those are commitments with a cost attached — breaking cases is slower, a local loop is more expensive per box than a weekly truck, and published criteria remove the option of quiet favoritism. That cost is the point. It is what makes them worth something to a retailer.
Channel policy
We sell to shops. That is the whole business.
W&S Distribution Group is a wholesale business. It sells to retailers, not to collectors. It operates no consumer storefront, no break channel and no marketplace presence, which means it has no reason to want a box more than its dealers do. A W&S account is never buying from a company that is also bidding against its customers.
That answers the question every prospective dealer is entitled to ask before opening an account: are you going to sell to my customers? A distributor with a consumer arm cannot credibly claim to protect its retailers’ margin, because on the products that matter most its interests and theirs point in opposite directions. W&S does not have that problem to manage.
What we do
Wholesale distribution to verified retailers. Dealer accounts, catalog, allocation, fulfillment. Business-to-business only.
What we do not do
Sell to consumers. Open, search or resell sealed product. Break. Operate a marketplace storefront. Compete with the shops we supply.
What is true today
Six facts, each verifiable.
Every one of these is structural — true because of the filing, the address, or the way the business is built. None is a performance claim.
- Florida entity
- W&S Distribution Group, LLC — registered in the State of Florida.
- B2B wholesale only
- We sell to retailers holding valid resale credentials. We do not sell to consumers.
- Dealer-verified
- Every account is checked against a resale certificate and a federal EIN before it opens.
- Tampa Bay headquarters
- Palm Harbor, Pinellas County — inside the market we distribute to.
- Sealed product
- Factory-sealed configurations, sold as received. Nothing is opened, searched or resealed.
- Documented allocation
- Scarce product is allocated on written criteria, not on who called first.
The building
Inside the market we distribute to.
W&S operates from Palm Harbor, in Pinellas County. Purchasing, dealer accounts, allocation and fulfillment coordination all work from that office, and it is also the registered address of the entity — an upstream reviewer checking whether the company is real should be able to match the two in one step. The full address is published on the trust and compliance page.
It is a working facility, not a retail store. Visits are by appointment, dealer pickups are scheduled in advance, and there is no walk-in counter. We schedule rather than take walk-ins for a straightforward reason: an unannounced arrival at a facility holding sealed inventory is a security matter, and a scheduled slot means an account is not standing around while an order is located.
Nothing on this site describes what is in the building, what it is worth, or when deliveries arrive. That is deliberate.
Standing commitments
- We do not compete with you
- W&S sells to retailers. No consumer storefront, no break channel, no marketplace presence bidding against your customers.
- Every account is verified, every time
- Business identity, federal EIN and a current resale certificate are verified before an account can purchase — for every account, not a sample.
- Street dates held, without exception
- No product leaves our building before the manufacturer street date — for anyone, at any volume.
- Pricing that keeps your margin intact
- W&S prices to protect the economics of the store buying from it, and never undercuts its own dealers in a public channel.
- Buy the quantity your store can sell
- Box and inner-case quantities on every line where the product structure allows it, instead of a full case on everything.
- Real availability, including what we do not know
- You see the actual status of every product — in stock, allocated, on preorder, expected, or unknown.
- Replenishment measured in days
- A working delivery loop out of Palm Harbor covering Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco, with dealer pickup by appointment.
- Allocation you can have explained
- Scarce product is allocated against published criteria, and any decision affecting your account can be explained to you.
