Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

W&S fulfills by scheduled local delivery, by dealer pickup at the Palm Harbor headquarters, and by carrier. The method for a given order depends on the ship-to address, the order and what will genuinely get the product there soonest.

Accounts in Pinellas, Hillsborough and most of Pasco are inside the working delivery loop. Hernando and east Pasco are served on scheduled runs. Polk, Manatee, Sarasota and Citrus are served by carrier as the normal method, with scheduled delivery available by arrangement for accounts ordering at volume.

W&S does not promise a delivery window. Fulfillment tier describes how an address is served, not how fast a box arrives.

Where a carrier will deliver sooner than the next scheduled route, W&S will say so rather than holding an order for a route day.

Approved dealers may collect orders at 1140 Tampa Rd., Palm Harbor, FL 34683 by appointment. Pickups are scheduled so the order can be pulled and staged in advance.

W&S does not accept walk-in collection. An unannounced arrival at a facility holding sealed inventory is a security matter, and a scheduled slot means an account is not waiting while an order is located.

Carrier shipments are insured to the order value. Tracking is provided at dispatch.

Risk of loss passes on delivery to the dealer or to the dealer’s carrier, whichever occurs first. Where W&S arranged the shipment, W&S pursues the carrier claim.

Accounts may specify preferred delivery days and receiving hours on the dealer application, and may update them at any time.

Deliveries requiring a signature will not be left. Where an account is not available, the delivery is rescheduled.
