Trust & compliance
Verify us in one step.
Everything a retailer or an upstream supplier needs to confirm who W&S is, how accounts are verified, what is enforced, and how information is handled — gathered here rather than scattered across an email exchange.
Business identity
The entity.
This is the address on the filing and the address the business operates from. They are the same address on purpose.

Registration identifiers are published here once issued. A supplier needing them before then can request them directly at suppliers@wsdist.com — we would rather leave a row off this page than print a number that has not been assigned.
Dealer verification
Every account, every time.
Applied to every account rather than sampled. That is the difference between a channel control and a policy statement.
- A registered business
- A legal entity or registered sole proprietorship with a federal EIN. Business identity is verified against public records.
- Valid resale credentials
- A current Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax, or the equivalent for accounts outside Florida. Certificates are re-verified each applicable year, and an expired certificate suspends purchasing until it is replaced.
- A genuine resale channel
- A retail storefront, an online retail operation, or another legitimate channel through which product reaches end customers. W&S sells for resale.
- Accurate information
- Everything on the application is verified. An application that misstates the business is declined, and an account found to have misstated it is closed.
Channel controls
What is enforced.
Restrictions imposed upstream are rules in the system rather than notes in a document, applied at the point of order rather than corrected afterwards.
- Accounts are verified before they can purchase, every time — not sampled.
- Resale certificates are tracked to expiry and purchasing suspends when one lapses.
- Dealer pricing is not published, not indexable and not present in public page source or structured data.
- W&S does not knowingly sell to unverified resellers, and does not sell to consumers.
- Supplier and manufacturer channel restrictions are enforced as conditions of the account, not as guidance.
- Where a product carries a geographic or channel restriction, it is applied at the point of order rather than after the fact.
Data handling
Confidential business records, treated as such.
A dealer application carries a federal EIN and a state resale certificate. Those are confidential business records, and the way they are handled is itself a signal about how a distributor handles everything else.
- Uploaded documents are stored privately, are never published, and are not indexable.
- Dealer pricing is not published, is not in the public site source, and is absent from metadata and structured data.
- Dealer contact details, purchasing data and pricing are never shared with other dealers.
- Supplier reporting is produced under agreement and never includes dealer contact data or dealer pricing.
- The dealer application deliberately does not save your EIN, certificate number or signature to your browser, even though it saves the rest of your progress.
- Traffic is encrypted in transit and access to dealer records is restricted by role.
Published policies
Everything we can be held to.
A distributor that publishes its allocation criteria, its return policy and its preorder terms has decided to be held to them. That decision is the most reliable signal available about how a relationship goes when something goes wrong.
Report something
Security, privacy and accessibility.
If you believe you have found a security issue with this site or with a W&S system, email support@wsdist.com with enough detail to reproduce it. We will acknowledge it and will not pursue anyone acting in good faith.
For a copy of the information held about your business, to correct it, or to request deletion where we are not required to retain it, use the same address.
If something on this site prevents you doing what you came to do, tell us and describe what happened. If a barrier stops you completing the dealer application, we will take the application another way rather than leaving you stuck behind a form.
